About the Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
- Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, or MuleSoft integrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps Center and modern Salesforce release management practices.
- Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
