Line CookThe Club at Strawberry Creek is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Executive Chef.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.Assist in food prep tasks, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and marinating proteins.Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations.Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by the chef team.Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a team-focused environment.Requirements:Qualifications:Minimum 2 years' experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook preferred.Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Culinary school training is a plus but not required.Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees).Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for career growth in a prestigious club setting.Join our team at The Club at Strawberry Creek where we take pride in delivering an outstanding culinary experience in an elegant and welcoming environment.
