CAFM CAD Analyst

Supporting strategic occupancy planning solutions, the full-time remote CAFM CAD Analyst will develop migration plans, enforce space policies, and ensure data accuracy across IWMS platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop migration plans and sequencing for group-level and individual moves aligned with corporate guidelines Create, recommend, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols Ensure data accuracy across TRIRIGA instance and report on current supply, capacity, and forecast changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment Expert AutoCAD skills TRIRIGA IWMS system experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations)
