A/R Reconciliation Analyst

Monitoring assigned accounts, the contract A/R Reconciliation Analyst will review aging reports, contact sponsors for unpaid invoices, and reconcile financial data while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review aging accounts for irregularities and follow up on unpaid invoices with sponsors and CROs Investigate and resolve disputes related to sponsors, patients, and customers Reconcile financial study data with information provided by sponsors and review medical procedure invoices for reimbursement eligibility Required qualifications Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data and information Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Knowledge of complex contractual language and ability to interpret contractual budgets Understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) in a commercial context
