We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to handle outbound client interactions, identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and contribute to the agency's overall growth. This is a high activity sales role, where motivated and driven individuals can grow their income and build a successful career. This is an in-office role with consistent lead flow and a structured environment designed for success.

• Base salary of $45,000 with expected first-year earnings between $50,000-$70,000, with top performers earning $100,000+

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to quote, sell, and bind insurance policies
• Consistently follow up on internet leads, inbound inquiries, past quotes, and win-back opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity and maximize conversions
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions, focusing on value over price
• Deliver a high level of service to both new and existing clients, including post-sale support and policy reviews
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production goals
• Continuously improve sales skills by applying coaching, scripts, and feedback from leadership

Requirements

• Personal Lines Licenses is a Plus, or must obtain before start (Licensing Assistance provided)
• Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help clients
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable introducing additional products and making recommendations
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
