As a result, there is over a one-year waitlist for new spine patients, providing an incoming surgeon with immediate volume and the ability to quickly build a thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who wants practice autonomy, strong compensation, and the ability to truly make the program their own.
