Responsibilities / Highlights Join a reputable hospital located outside of Madison, WI Established family medicine practice with an immediate patient panel Ability to do procedures and incorporate your interests into the practice

Obstetrics is optional Live only 45 minutes from Madison, WI and 15 minutes from the Wisconsin Dells. Location & Lifestyle Access to miles of trails to walk, ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, or horseback ride. Enjoy fishing in one of many lakes, rivers or creeks or hunting on available land. Visit award winning cheese shops, apple orchards, craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Spend the day with your family at the Wisconsin Dells water and theme parks. Qualifications Qualified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) with ability to practice in the stated location.
