Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse client population via telehealth methods, including video and telephone sessions.

• Conduct thorough intakes and provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of clients.

• Perform mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer timely referrals and intervention services.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

• Advocate for patient needs and provide resources to support their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients in a detox setting, focusing on individuals who are navigating complex mental health challenges related to substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients achieve stability and improve their overall well-being. By using telehealth methods, you will reach clients who may have traditionally faced barriers to accessing care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapeutic services to diverse patient populations.

• Strong computer and telecommunication skills; familiarity with video conferencing software and other digital tools is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience\n
