Guest Services & Retail Associate

Job Responsibilities As a Guest Service Agent, you will contribute to overall guest satisfaction by providing courteous service. The duties include: Assist guests in person and on the phone with information about tours and services. Accurately capture reservations on the computer‑based reservations system. Provide information about the Alaska Collection by Pursuit products. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization and detail‑oriented skills. Previous guest service experience. Compensation Starting wage: $17.00 per hour.
