Required Skills:

• Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine (BCC)
• Valid MA Medical License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with internal medicine residents
• Strong procedural skills and clinical judgment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience supervising residents or in a teaching hospital setting
• Additional certifications in advanced airway management or other specialized procedures
• Experience working in a 20-bed ICU with adult patients

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Active board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• At least one year of recent ICU experience in a similar setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work PRN night and weekend shifts (7p-8a or swing shifts)
• Ability to independently perform procedures when residents are unavailable
• Local candidates preferred; no travel paid
• Shift details: Night 3x13-hour shifts (19:00 - 08:00) starting 08/24/2026
