Teddy Fong, CEO About the Role We are looking for a person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves as a Warehouse Associate. This is a full-time direct-hire position with full benefits paid by the company. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is eager to learn, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team. Responsibilities include operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload product and materials, moving them to and from storage areas, loading docks onto railroad cars, trucks, or warehouse racks. The role also involves manual labor such as loading/unloading containers, picking, packing, inspecting, and repairing products. You will enter product information into our ERP system via scan guns and computers. Work may occur in receiving, shipping, returns and replacement parts, inspection, or production, and you will collaborate with team members to lift, pull, or push heavy items. What you’ll be doing (including but not limited to) Load & unload containers using a stand up forklift (reach truck) or manually Sort product as needed and ensure unloading accuracy Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance Check loads are secure, stack empty pallets Perform daily forklift equipment inspection for safety and preventive maintenance Pick, pack, and ship product Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects; report damage to supervisors Verify inventory by comparing to physical counts and investigate discrepancies Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, or storage areas Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or labeling tools Complete any other duties and projects as assigned Follow warehouse safety rules Expected hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM What you bring to the table 1+ year of Reach Truck Forklift experience (Crown reach truck or Raymond preferred) 2+ years of lead experience overseeing a team Willingness to learn product and strong attention to detail Team player and reliable Microsoft Office skills Data entry skills Flexible with changes, may rotate between departments Able to execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely Proficient in basic math, reading, and language California pay range: $23—$25 USD Benefits 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance premiums paid by the company Flexible PTO to support work–life harmony Company matching 401(k) Vacation reimbursement and health & wellness subsidy programs Tuition reimbursement Matching charitable donations Company-wide monthly celebrations Dog-friendly workplace MDB Co. swag and employee product discounts At Million Dollar Baby Co., we’re committed to diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
