What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.The Senior Program Manager,Compliance & Risk Programs will design, modernize, and execute a forward-thinking, low-touch Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework tailored specifically for executive leadership. This role solves the challenge of heavy administrative friction by leveraging AI and automation to synthesize data, track top-tier risks, and streamline records management.
