You'll make the cakes that make people's day, so you'll get to enjoy yours as well.Job PositionThe Baker bakes all sizes and flavors of cakes offered by NbC and according to the NbC standards, recipes and timelines. The Baker is responsible for maintaining the required par levels and will bake accordingly. The Baker must keep the baking station clean, sanitized and running efficiently, track inventory and order groceries and baking materials.ResponsibilitiesBake the full line of cakes by diligently following the NbC recipesRemove cakes from pans and properly package themPut cakes in cooler and rotate stock per NbC standardsComplete a daily production sheet and share it with managementTrack inventory of baked goodsAlert management to issues and maintenance needs for equipmentOrder and receive groceriesMaintain refrigeration logsKeep baking area, tables, equipment and tools clean and sanitized to local codesHelp with all kitchen clean upMaintain and supervise the execution of all health code regulationsAssist other departments as needed and directedQualificationsAble to lift up to 80 lbsPossess a strong sense of teamworkIntegrityTakes initiativeHas the ability to work under pressureHas physical staminaEnjoys doing repetitious workHas a strong sense of pride in workHas good organizational skills and can foresee problemsCan multitask without losing site of the detailsCompensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
