What You'll Do: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Part-Time Data Entry/Inventory Assistant to support our Supply Chain Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and organizing parts, and ensuring our inventory systems and physical storage areas stay organized and up to date. You'll spend much of your time working in our ERP system and using Jira to manage tasks and track information. If you're organized, dependable, comfortable working with data, and don't mind getting hands-on with physical inventory, this could be a great fit for you! Duties and Responsibilities: Create and update parts within the inventory system Create and maintain inbound inspection templates Receive purchase orders in the inventory system Receive, label, and organize incoming parts Process branch transfers and inventory adjustments to maintain accurate records Perform order picking and other inventory transactions as required Maintain clean, organized, and accessible inventory storage areas Perform data entry between systems to maintain accurate tracking and records Assist with inventory organization and other supply chain tasks as assigned Perform other tasks as assigned Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accurate records Ability to work independently and follow established processes Comfortable performing both computer-based and physical organizational tasks Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong organizational and time-management skills Reliable and dependable Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience working with an inventory management system or ERP Experience with Jira or similar task-management software Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday Schedule to be determined based on availability and business needs Benefits: Accrued Sick Time Work Authorization: U.
