This clinical staff position will have an impact on the patient’s experience by facilitating optimal outcomes utilizing a collaborative team approach to patient care in the emergency care setting.QUALIFICATIONS:Education/ExperienceRequired:Certified Nursing Assistant, nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation or one year clinical care experience or equivalent education, one year clinical care experience, EMT or emergency room clinical experiencePreferred:· High school diploma/equivalent strongly preferred· Emergency patient care experience· EKG experience· Phlebotomy experienceOther Skills/Knowledge:Preferred:· Basic computer skills· Crisis Prevention/InterventionSchedule: Two 12 hr shifts including every third weekend and holiday group rotationPay Range:$19.50 – $26.24The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
