Partnering closely with the Senior Recruiter, this role owns full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for requisitions across the company and multiple operating regions, including DOT-regulated driving positions.This role sources, screens, and hires qualified candidates while ensuring strict adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and company compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings high-volume hiring experience, proactively builds candidate pipelines, develops strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivers a great candidate experience from first contact through the first day.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across the company, including DOT-regulated driving positionsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, CDL schools, job fairs, referrals, and industry outreachPartner with the Senior Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting plans based on current and upcoming hiring needsSource, screen, and conduct phone interviews with candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managersReview DOT driver applications and coordinate pre-employment requirementsCreate, post, and manage job advertisements internally and across external job boards and industry-specific platformsFacilitate the offer and onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, and the DOT review process when applicableKeep the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to dateMeet regularly with hiring managers to review requisition progress and adjust recruiting strategies as neededCommunicate the hiring process, timelines, and compliance requirements to candidatesSupport employer branding effortsAll other duties as assignedThe absence of specific statements of duties does not exclude those tasks from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment of the position.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experienceExperience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)High-volume recruiting experience preferredSkills/Abilities:Detail-oriented and proactive problem solverExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and managersAbility to multitask, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlinesStrong relationship builder with hiring managers and candidatesAble to work independently and as part of a teamHandles confidential information with discretionProficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteService-orientedPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerRegularly and safely lifts, carries, and handles supplies and equipment weighing at least 20 poundsThe employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouchMust pass pre-employment screening and background checkMeritum Energy Holdings is an equal opportunity employer to all qualified applicants regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, status as a disabled veteran and/or veteran of the Vietnam War Era or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
