We’re currently looking for a  Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team at our Denver headquarters.

In this role, you’ll own core accounting functions including full-cycle accounts payable, vendor management, reconciliations, month-end support, payroll and AR assistance, and maintaining strong financial controls in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate GL coding
• Support AP workflows, approvals, and payment processing
• Assist with month-end and annual close activities
• Perform reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Support payroll processing and accounts receivable activities
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP aging and support cash flow visibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support accounting operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a corporate or business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, NetSuite, or Intacct
• AP automation experience (Stampli or similar preferred)
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, accountable, service-oriented environment
