Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50 per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Minimum 15-20 hours per week Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and availability Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives An incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour for applicable cases Schedule Needs Weekdays: Monday-Friday 1:00 pm-9:00 pm Weekends: 10:00 am-5:00 pm or 1:00 pm-8:00 pm Weekend & Night Availability: PLUS! A genuine love for working with kids. Reliable transportation. Ability to follow behavior plans and support progress.
