Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state of practice)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; hospital experience preferred
• Experience or interest in women's health PT, vestibular therapy, and pelvic rehab preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; clinical reasoning for rehabilitation care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including women's health, vestibular, and pelvic rehab cases
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes and functional recovery
• Provide hospital-based physical therapy, mobility training, and discharge planning support
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Participate in patient and family education regarding therapy goals, home programs, and injury prevention
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered hospital environment and support interdisciplinary care
