Bilingual Client Specialist / Customer service Specialist

Responsibilities Work closely with wholesale and retail customers. Promptly resolve any customer concerns. Ensure maximum client high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job Duties Contact customers, which may include minors. Handle cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value. Access may be supervised or require a history to protect the business, its operations, reputation and safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors and the public. Other Information Full‑time, $17/HR.
