Quick Facts Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011 Start Date: 08/06/2026 Duration: Dates open for ongoing coverage Shift: Hybrid clinic & inpatient (weekday clinic typically 10a-12p & 1p-3p; Saturday & Sunday inpatient only) Hours/Week: Variable, based on scheduled days Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract License/Certifications: Active Urology license in NM or eligible Experience: Previous Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour Pay Package: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do: Provide clinic and inpatient urology care for adult patients Manage approximately 5-10 phone consults daily Collaborate with local urologists, nursing staff, urology techs, and hospitalists Conduct active consult rounding and manage patient cases Handle elective procedures and assist with inpatient coverage on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Participate in on-call duties as scheduled Support hospital admissions and discharge planning with hospitalists What You Need: Required: Valid Urology license in New Mexico or eligibility Experience in adult urology care Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Previous inpatient and outpatient urology experience Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a busy, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality urology care.
