This is not a passive recruiting role. This role is built for someone who can: proactively source talent stay organized across multiple openings maintain follow-through throughout the hiring process help reduce vacancies and improve workforce stability Success in this role is measured by action, follow-through, and results. What You’ll Do Responsibilities may include: Sourcing qualified candidates for contract roles across multiple states Building and maintaining active talent pipelines Conducting initial outreach and screening conversations Reviewing qualifications and helping identify strong-fit candidates Coordinating interviews and applicant movement through the hiring process Supporting onboarding documentation and compliance steps Monitoring vacancy status and supporting workforce stability efforts Tracking recruiting activity and providing updates to leadership Communicating clearly with internal team members regarding hiring needs and progress What We’re Looking For This role is best for someone who is: Proactive Organized Accountable Communicative Comfortable working independently Focused on quality and follow-through We are looking for someone who does not wait for applicants to come to them — someone who knows how to build momentum and keep hiring activity moving.
