Description of Work Please note that all positions close at 12:00 AM on the posted closing date. You must apply by 11:59 PM prior to the posted closing date. Position will serve as Program Coordinator II providing technical and administrative support for construction project documentation and compliance in the Beryl Road Resident Engineer’s Office. Duties include processing monthly and final estimates, checking calculations, resolving pay record and material quantity discrepancies, researching project documents, processing material prepayment, assisting with project meetings, and tracking Technician Certifications to ensure they are kept current, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. • Selected applicant must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle. The program area for this position includes one or more of the following: working knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, experience processing invoices/payments, experience resolving record discrepancies and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade and Salary Range: NC10 $43,267 - $75,718 Management prefers applicants with the following: Working knowledge and skill in the use of computer equipment, software and mathematical functions.
