OverviewNext Gen HR Solutions is hiring full-time production and warehouse associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, Ohio. This second-shift role pays $16 per hour. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening.
What You May Do- Package, label, sort, pick and pack products.
- Move materials and support production or warehouse operations.
- Complete basic quality checks and follow work instructions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
- Work with the team to meet daily safety, quality and production goals.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed second-shift schedule.
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, retail stockroom or other high-volume experience is helpful but not required.
- No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.
