MGA Entertainment is seeking an experienced Entertainment and Licensing Paralegal to join its Legal team and own the lifecycle of entertainment, in-licensing, and marketing agreements from deal memo to signature. You will work directly with the VP, Legal & Business Affairs, the General Counsel, and the broader Legal and Licensing teams to manage multiple ongoing matters in a fast-paced, multinational environment, with a strong emphasis on process ownership and professional discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr MGA Entertainment
