Position Highlights

• Our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center, located just a short drive from Milwaukee, allows you to work during weekdays, enjoy your evenings, and avoid the stress of long weekends on call.
• Focus exclusively on outpatient pediatric cases involving healthy children and a variety of common procedures.
• Flexible options for Full-Time or Part-Time daytime schedules (NO nights, NO weekends, NO on-call duties).
• Attractive Compensation: $525,000.
• The facility conducts over 13,000 surgeries annually, including more than 2,300 deliveries.
• Become part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and dedicated service line.
• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and approval.
• Work in an environment committed to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.
• Experience the EPIC EMR System: As the largest user of EPIC in the nation, we ensure an optimized electronic medical record system.

Training and Experience Required

• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
• Board eligibility or certification in Anesthesiology.
• Pediatric fellowship is preferred, but substantial experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pediatric Anesthesia is preferred.
