How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Join an established team of 6 physicians: 3 Internal Medicine, 1 Family Medicine, 1 Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, 1 Pediatrics and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Family Medicine
• Patient population ranges from pediatric to elderly, with the majority being middle‑aged adults and families
• Strong payer mix

• Located in a Medical Office Building (MOB) on the hospital campus, with buildings situated around a roundabout

• Deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care, including high‑quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well‑being of the community.
• Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
• Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
• Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
• Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
