How you’ll make an impact in this role Join an established team of 6 physicians: 3 Internal Medicine, 1 Family Medicine, 1 Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, 1 Pediatrics and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians in Family Medicine Patient population ranges from pediatric to elderly, with the majority being middle‑aged adults and families Strong payer mix Onsite clinic lab and X‑ray services Located in a Medical Office Building (MOB) on the hospital campus, with buildings situated around a roundabout Expanding community with strong growth potential Attractive market for continued growth Integrated location with both primary care and specialty services in the MOB Strong referral relationships with specialists Deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care, including high‑quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well‑being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning. Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost‑effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
