Job Description Responsibilities: Assess student learning needs and develop support strategies. Provide one-on-one and small group instruction. Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and teaching methods. Monitor and document student progress. Skills: Strong special education expertise and instructional skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to develop and implement individualized support plans. Requirements: Degree in special education or a related field.
