We’re looking for an Account Representative who excels at delivering outstanding customer service and thrives on building lasting professional relationships. By effectively communicating and driving proactive collections, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our team. - Competitive compensation, including a base hourly rate and performance-based incentives tied to collection success and sales. Top performers can earn $1,000 per month or more in incentives.
- Transitional incentive support.for your first 90 days as you build your skills.
- Enjoy a work-life balance with no Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealership hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am-4 pm.

The Specifics:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service or collections experience.
- Proficient with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years).
