Now Hiring: Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative
We are a locally owned independent insurance agency that believes in doing business the right way—by taking care of our clients and our team. We’re currently seeking a friendly, dependable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships and being part of a supportive, close-knit office.
What You’ll Do:
Provide personal, one-on-one service to our valued personal lines clients
Assist with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and new business
Review coverage with clients to ensure their needs are met
Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
Maintain accurate and organized client files
Be a trusted point of contact for our clients and agency partners
What We’re Looking For:
Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Personal lines insurance experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
Comfortable using agency management systems and Microsoft Office
