BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Newtown Square, PA office. This position is on site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of office operations, client services, scheduling, staffing, and team management preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement into Client Services Manager roles.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with managing client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
• Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services
• Assist with various administrative tasks
• Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
• Support employee recognition and retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
• Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
• Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
