Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage POS systems accurately for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing sales records and balancing registers at shift end.
• Provide full food and beverage service in a server/bartender capacity, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and delivering attentive guest service during regular operations, busy hours, and special events
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, special events.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, familiarity with retail math, hospitality software, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create engaging interactions with diverse guests.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience working in the food industry is highly desirable; certifications related to food safety or beverage handling are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
