What You Will Do You will be a vital member of the Warranty Defense team in either San Jose or Costa Mesa. Your responsibilities include day‑to‑day case development, handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, writing and arguing motions, and working with partners through trial. You will also support partners on strategic litigation planning and participate in trial preparation and execution in a hybrid environment that offers flexibility to work remotely.
