Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

• Provide outstanding service to current and prospective customers
• Assist customers with policy questions, coverage changes, billing questions, and general service needs
• Review customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional insurance protection
• Help with policy renewals, retention, and customer follow-up
• Make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects when needed
• Assist with quoting and cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Follow up on leads, customer requests, and agency opportunities
• Work closely with the agency owner and team to achieve agency growth and customer-retention goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
• Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
• Life & Health Insurance License is a plus
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Candidates who are not currently licensed but have strong sales or customer service experience may also be considered.
