Overview Customer Support Representative job at TEKsystems. Phoenix, AZ. Start Date: May 20th or May 26th. Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shifts available. Location: Onsite, off I-10 and Ray Rd (by Ikea). Responsibilities Take inbound calls from borrowers regarding their mortgage (payments, escrow, etc.). Qualifications Experience problem solving with customers over the phone and good job tenure (1+ years each role). Mortgage and call center experience not necessary but helps increase pay rate.
