Join us! YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT RDS ELECTRIC, INC.As our Electrical Technician Foreman, your day begins at home, as you head directly to the assigned job site-no need to check in at a central office. On-site, you oversee project execution by planning electrical layouts, identifying potential safety risks, and coordinating with clients and other trades to ensure smooth operations. As a working foreman, you lead your crew by example, taking an active role in building, troubleshooting, and completing electrical installations to meet project deadlines and quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN FOREMAN7+ years of electrical experienceAbility to plan, lead, and build electrical layoutsAwareness of safety protocols on job sitesPreferred Qualifications:Driver 's licenseGreat people skillsProven leadership ability WORK SCHEDULEThis role works from 5 AM to 2 PM (seasonal adjustments may apply).
