If you're ready to lead a dedicated team and drive the success of a growing veterinary hospital, we want to hear from you!The Opportunity:As a Hospital Manager, you will be an essential part of the hospital management team, collaborating closely with the Managing Veterinarian to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the hospital. Your role will drive revenue, manage costs, and cultivate a hospital culture focused on top-notch patient care and exceptional customer service. You will oversee the planning and coordination of hospital operations while creating a supportive and cohesive team environment. Given the managerial responsibilities and the need for in-person interaction with clients and employees, regular on-site attendance is a fundamental requirement for this position.Responsibilities:Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performanceCollaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needsManage accounts receivableOversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costsManage payroll for hospital staffDevelop the hospital schedule and manage labor costsChampion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practicesLead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasksImplement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiencyEstablish and drive the culture of the hospitalTrack and maintain current licensures for all DVMsProvide feedback and handle challenging conversationsDemonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client serviceQualifications:A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experienceExperience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plusBenefits:$65,000 - $75,000 Annually SalaryAnnual Bonus OpportunityHealth Insurance BenefitsFree Mental Health Benefit Options401k with MatchCompetitive PTO PlanContinuing Education StipendsFair Work-Life Balance
