What You'll Be Doing

This small animal general practice handles preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, urgent cases, and a range of soft-tissue and orthopedic procedures. In-house diagnostic and imaging resources support everyday clinical decision-making.

You'll remain involved in patient care while helping the team maintain sound medical standards. The role offers a blend of clinical responsibility and leadership influence rather than a purely administrative position.

• Base salary: $150,000–$190,000, depending on experience and schedule
• Additional compensation: Production bonus, medical leadership stipend, and other bonus opportunities
• Licensure: Oregon veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
