Customer Account Manager

We're a leading contract manufacturing cosmetic company looking for a Customer Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making customers smile! What You'll Do:
• Be the superstar who ensures customer orders flow seamlessly from development to launch
• Communicate with customers to finalize BOMs and keep everything accurate in our MRP system
• Analyze supply and demand to keep materials moving and schedules on track
• Collaborate with scheduling and shipping teams to make magic happen
• Prepare weekly status updates and keep customers in the loop
• Maintain data integrity like pro and close orders with confidence What We're Looking For:
• 2 + years of customer service or product development experience
• Project management skills? Even better!
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MRP systems
• A multitasking master who can pivot with ease
