What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule service appointments with our technicians efficiently and accurately
- Gather information to understand and address customer needs
- Provide first-call resolution whenever possible
- Accurately document service requests, outcomes, and customer notes in our CRM system
- Support our team with additional administrative and scheduling tasks as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously grow your skills
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or dispatch preferred)
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with computers, scheduling systems, and headsets
- Team-first attitude — you care about people and it shows in every interaction
