A Brief Overview

As Manager, Talent Acquisition for Field Operations, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring talent across our Field Operations. You will be the strategic link between your recruiting team and field business leaders, driving performance, shaping sourcing strategies, and ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on Safelite's ability to serve customers nationwide. 

What you will do

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals at various levels, cultivating a high-performance recruiting culture.
• Set clear performance expectations tied to KPIs and TA competencies; conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Champion team engagement and professional growth through targeted development plans and ongoing mentoring.
  

Strategy & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze recruiting KPIs and market data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage competitive intelligence and workforce data to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for high-volume field hiring.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders and TA leadership.
  

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Influence

• Partner with field and operations leaders to build proactive talent pipelines aligned with headcount plans and business growth.
• Influence hiring managers and business partners to adopt best-in-class sourcing strategies and assessment practices.
• Remove barriers to hiring by identifying challenges early and driving scalable, effective solutions.
  

Process Excellence & Project Leadership

• Drive team adoption of recruiting tools and technology (including Workday) to optimize and streamline the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Center of Excellence (COE) to shape advertising strategy and make data-backed budget recommendations.
• Lead or participate in TA initiatives and continuous improvement projects that elevate team performance and candidate experience.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Required

Experience Qualifications

• 4-6 years Required

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing recruiting teams, with a track record of developing talent and driving results.·
• Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruiting data into clear, actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation — with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
• Skilled negotiator with a focus on quality of hire and candidate experience.
