This position blends technical HR expertise with authentic leadership, delivering people-focused strategies that boost engagement and performance. Success in this role requires: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business , or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a retail setting with multi-unit leadership structures A strong background across HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management , and organizational development A proven ability to analyze data , translate it into business outcomes, and drive measurable results Exceptional communication, influencing, and coaching skills that build authentic partnerships Athleta offers a competitive package that supports professional growth and personal well-being. Compensation Transparency This role offers a salary range between $98,000 and $141,400 USD . Final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skill set, and location.
