Creative Strategy Manager

Managing creative strategy for clients, the full-time Manager, Creative Strategy will execute creative roadmaps, oversee project workflows, and serve as the primary liaison between design teams and clients in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and lead creative strategies that translate brand objectives into compelling concepts while providing direction to design and animation teams Own the creative testing roadmap by defining hypotheses, prioritizing tests, and translating results to enhance creative performance Manage day-to-day project workflows, including timelines and deliverables, while coordinating communication between clients and production teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy or creative direction Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in retail media or e-commerce, particularly with large-scale retail clients Strong real-world copywriting experience with a portfolio demonstrating creative direction and strategy High level of expertise in project management tools and familiarity with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative products
