Hiring for Material Handler in Anoka, MN Pay $20-22/hr , 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling, staging, and loading orders. This includes padding, wrapping, bolting, and strapping as necessary to ensure all products are shipped in good physical condition and arrive in the same condition. You will work collaboratively to organize the warehouse and maintain a safe and productive environment, while also reporting any supply needs or equipment breakdowns to your supervisor or lead. Operating a pallet jack and forklift are essential tasks in this role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, stage, and load orders.
• Ensure shipments are padded, wrapped, bolted, and strapped as necessary.
• Maintain the physical condition of products during shipping.
• Organize the warehouse to promote a safe and productive environment.
• Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
