Job Title: Recruiter Location: On Site in Beachwood, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 Position Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter or a nurse interested in transitioning into a recruiting and talent acquisition career. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and comfort spending a significant portion of the day on the phone engaging with candidates. Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter: Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for a variety of clinical positions. Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals. Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding activities, including gathering required documentation and supporting compliance processes. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications of a Recruiter: Previous healthcare recruiting experience required OR a nursing background with an interest in moving into recruiting/talent acquisition. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone. Ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
