Compounding Feedstock Operator

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Feedstock Operator to support material flow between the compounding and molding departments while ensuring quality, organization, and production efficiency. Responsibilities Issue and transfer feedstock materials between the compounding and molding departments using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices and ERP systems Transport, grind, identify, and organize production runners and regrind materials to support manufacturing operations while preventing material mix-ups Operate production equipment safely while monitoring material flow and following work instructions, quality standards, and production procedures Inspect raw materials and finished products using measuring tools and visual inspections to ensure quality specifications are met Assist with machine setup, basic equipment maintenance, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Record production data accurately and communicate equipment or production concerns to supervisors as needed Support continuous production by following safety procedures, quality standards, and established manufacturing processes Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Experience using ERP systems, inventory management practices, or FIFO processes is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written work instructions and maintain accurate production records Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate production equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and move material bins weighing up to 45 pounds throughout the shift Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and maintaining an organized work environment Must pass a drug screen and background check Compensation and Schedule Schedule: Monday – Friday 2PM – 10:30PM Pay Rate: $14/Hour Location: SanAntonio,TX78226 EEO STATEMENT Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at our Company, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
