Qualifications Master’s degree in Divinity, Theology or similar studies required CPU preferred but not required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for the role. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations. Associates in driving roles must maintain a valid and active driver’s license; failure to maintain may result in reassignment, suspension or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient location. Must clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screening. What you’ll be doing Available to patients and their families for regular and emergency visits. Interpret patient and family needs, both spiritually and emotionally. Respond to discovery of needs by developing a supportive relationship with patients and families. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team and provide spiritual counseling and crisis intervention to adequately address the psychosocial needs of hospice patients and their families.
