Senior Program Manager

About the Role *Please note: This role is located in Tampa, FL; NOT McLean, VA* As a TRSS Senior Program Manager you will manage complex contracts, deliver a holistic customer experience, and ensure high‑quality delivery of new and existing Department of Defense contracts. Key responsibilities include: Support DoD clients in advancing national security objectives. Oversee day‑to‑day customer needs and interactions (kick‑offs, status meetings, training). Ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the performance period. Provide input to executive‑level reports for clients. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project status, working sessions, technical exchanges, and milestone reviews. Organize and coordinate program objectives and serve as the integrator for client and TRSS corporate teams. Lead important projects, programs, and business initiatives. Identify opportunities to funnel back to sales, analysis, and product teams. Communicate effectively with finance, legal, contracting, and security functions. Prepare monthly status reports (MSRs) and track key metrics such as delivery and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (equivalent experience considered). 7+ years of program management experience working with the DoD or IC. Experience managing complex projects and adjusting to shifting priorities. Strong familiarity with Thomson Reuters data sets and technology advantageous. Ability to translate client intelligence requirements into program outcomes. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholder levels. Self‑starter, highly motivated, team player with strong business acumen and organizational skills. Excellent writing and presentation abilities. Travel availability for sales training, meetings, and customer locations. U.S. citizenship required; U.S. National Security Clearance obtainable.
