Job Title: RN ICU Intensive Care Unit Travel

Location: Alexandria, Louisiana

Pay: $1,874.88 weekly

Shifts: Twelve hours from 7 to 7; every other weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for an ICU role in Alexandria, Louisiana. This travel assignment is a great opportunity for those specializing in intensive care nursing. The position is within a dynamic hospital environment, where you will be part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive care in the Medical ICU.

Key Responsibilities of the RN ICU Intensive Care Unit

  • Manage ventilators and critical care drips
  • Perform thorough assessments and provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in intubations, cardioversions, and other procedures
  • Utilize Meditech documentation system with EBCD
  • Conduct hourly rounding and bedside hand-off reporting

Requirements of the RN ICU Intensive Care Unit

  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications; TNCC a plus
  • ICU experience and willingness to care for COVID-19 patients
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ventilator management and critical care expertise
