Production Technician

Quality Work. Consistent Results. A Team That Grows Together.

We're looking for a technician who takes pride in doing the job right—and wants to keep getting better.

At our locally owned shop, we believe great automotive service starts with great technicians. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Technician who values quality workmanship, follows established processes, and understands that consistency is what keeps a shop running at its best.

We're also committed to growing our people. Whether you're looking to strengthen your existing skills, expand your technical knowledge, or take the next step in your automotive career, we want to help you develop and succeed.

In this role, you'll do more than repair vehicles. You'll help maintain quality standards, keep jobs moving efficiently through the shop, and ensure every vehicle receives the attention and documentation it deserves.

If you take pride in your work, value accountability, and have a desire to keep learning, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform Quality Repairs: Complete repair and maintenance work accurately across a wide range of vehicle systems, following established repair procedures.

• Document Your Work: Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and record findings clearly, thoroughly, and consistently.

• Follow the Process: Adhere to shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair standards on every job.

• Keep the Team Informed: Communicate job progress, repair needs, and potential delays with service advisors and shop leadership.

• Support Shop Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help keep vehicles moving through the shop smoothly and on schedule.

• Continue to Grow: Participate in available training and development opportunities to strengthen your skills, improve performance, and expand your automotive knowledge.

You May Be a Great Fit If You…

• Take pride in delivering accurate, consistent, high-quality work.

• Manage your time effectively and maintain steady productivity throughout the day.

• Follow established procedures and documentation standards without cutting corners.

• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with advisors, technicians, and leadership.

• Take ownership of your work and understand the importance of reliability and accountability.

• Have a growth mindset and are willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve your skills.

• Believe that doing the job right matters just as much as getting it done.

Why Join Our Team?

We believe in developing our people, recognizing their contributions, and building a team that gets better together.

As a locally owned business, we value the people behind the work. We believe a successful shop is built on dependable technicians, consistent processes, and a shared commitment to doing things right.

But we also believe our team's growth is part of our success.

Training and development opportunities are available because we want our people to keep learning, improving, and building their careers. We're committed to helping our team develop their skills, strengthen their knowledge, and grow professionally.

You'll be part of a team that values professionalism, takes pride in its work, and understands that the little things—accurate inspections, proper documentation, clean workspaces, and clear communication—make a big difference.

Here, your work matters, your development matters, and your contribution to the team matters.

We're looking for someone who wants to do great work today and become even better tomorrow. If you're ready to take ownership of your work, continue learning, and grow with a team that wants to invest in its people, we'd love to hear from you.
